Weleda Giveaway

I'm giving away a Pomegranate Regenerating Body Oil (100mL) and a Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash (7.2oz) from Weleda to one lucky My Wholesome Home winner who can share a eco-beauty tip or two.

Why I love Weleda
  • Weleda is 100% Certified Natural Skin Care
  • Their packaging is 100% recycled paper made with certified renewable energy
  • The paper they print on is 100% post-consumer fsc-certified paper
  • Weleda ensure their ingredients are sustainably sourced, including growing many themselves in their biodynamic gardens.
  • Weleda is the world's largest purchaser of wild roses so naturally they developed a fair trade project with the local farmers and area residents of the Turkish village of Senir. The farmers receive better wages, have safe working conditions and are guaranteed a secure living. The cherry on top: the wild roses are grown organically!

My favorite tip is to smart small. Start replacing chemical-laden products with natural versions when they run out, or start with replacing something inexpensive like a chapstick.

One of the best hair rinses I know of is diluted apple cider vinegar. It leaves your hair soft and silky. I love the Weleda Wild Rose Line of products - they are really good, especially for someone with sensitive skin like me. Thanks for offering this contest - I have shared on Facebook!

To avoid unecessary chemicals, you can use extra virgin coconut oil as make-up remover!

My favourite and easiest tip is to drink lots of water every day. Consuming enough water offers some of the best anti-aging benefits around.
